There's a decent Java spec https://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/final/jsr170/index.html. Things to consider include: content-type/mime-type, namespace, versioning, full-text search, hierarchical (directory-like) storage, hierarchical search (xpath?), fine-grained access, authorship and collaboration, listening-to/observation-of content with change notification.<br /><br />I don't mean to include everything in version 1.0 (or 0.3?), but rather to aim for a general-purpose content repository, implementing relevant features as needed/useful.Scott Swankhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01742896204029056345noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7849367040589270673.post-36804729605987801652015-11-17T02:50:30.852-08:002015-11-17T02:50:30.852-08:00Great point, Jeff, and a non-trivial issue in the ...Great point, Jeff, and a non-trivial issue in the world of APEX, from what I understand.Steven Feuersteinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18405765731886460622noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7849367040589270673.post-22167637913152355262015-11-17T00:14:29.098-08:002015-11-17T00:14:29.098-08:00To be honest, I think the makers of StackOverflow ...To be honest, I think the makers of StackOverflow have the right idea here: making sure that all content is Google-friendly is the most scaleable way of ensuring content is easily discoverable.Jeffrey Kemphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04255101699328756710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7849367040589270673.post-52213310192843737132015-11-16T07:48:51.645-08:002015-11-16T07:48:51.645-08:00Thanks, Babak.
